Policy & Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order arrives, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must pay for shipping to return items.

If the item you purchased arrived to you and is defected, please use the contact page to email and have a replacement shipped to you asap. Replacement policy lasts 30 days after an item has been received.

Refunds are available if preferred, customers are eligible for refunds of item cost excluding shipping.

Elita Music does not cover items broken after 30 days. 
Clothing and earrings are not eligible for returns.


Elita Music is not responsible for lost packages.

Make sure the address you provide is correct, any orders lost because of insufficient address will not be covered by Elita Music. There will be no refunds for items lost because of wrong addresses. Claims can be opened in case of items lost.

Elita Music is not responsible for tracked orders that get lost or stolen (so long as they are marked as delivered). Mail is out of our control once it is shipped. 

If an order is returned to us, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to have the order reshipped. The customer also has an option to be refunded for the cost of their order excluding the shipping fee.
